KXT-110 flange insulating sealing gaskets solve the sealing and insulating problems of flanges and control corrosion and leakage losses in pipelines. A rectangular sealing element in a unique groove provides near zero m and y factors — sealing without excessive bolt loads. Type E full-face and Type F ring-type available. Sealing elements: Teflon, Viton, EPDM, neoprene.

KXT-120 flange insulation gasket kit uses G10 or G11 epoxy glass as the retainer and two seal elements overlapping and offsetting into two unique seal grooves. The seals seal without outside pressure, eliminating potential leak paths in the laminate. Sealing elements: Viton, EPDM, neoprene or spring-energized Teflon. Kit includes gasket, G10 sleeves, G10 washers and zinc-plated steel washers.

Mylar isolating sleeve is used to insulate or isolate bolts from dissimilar metal flanges to avoid galvanic corrosion. Mylar has excellent dielectric strength and low water absorption. Inside diameter 0.66–70 mm, wall thickness 0.03–1 mm, 2 m per piece, transparent or striped. Used with G10/G11 or phenolic insulating washers.

NEMA G10 epoxy fiberglass tube is made of alkali-free glass fabric bonded with epoxy resin by heat rolling, baking and curing. Diameter 8–810 mm, wall thickness from 0.5 mm, max length 10 m. Complies with EN60893/IEC893 EPGC 201, DIN7735 HGW2372, NEMA LI-1 G10 and IS10192 EP1. Max operating temperature 130 °C. Used as insulation sleeve for flange isolation kits.
