Type D Flange Insulation Gaskets are suitable for RTJ flanges and can be produced according to ASME and API flange standards. The KXT-150 sealing gasket is an excellent alternative to Type D because the sealing element may be positioned anywhere between the I.D. of the gasket and the I.D. of the ring groove. Retainer materials: plain phenolic, G-7, G-10 and G-11.

The spring-energized Teflon seal is seated in a groove cut into the stainless steel core. For high-pressure service up to ANSI 2500# and API 15,000 PSI.

KXT-150 flange isolating gasket utilizes a stainless steel core bonded with high-strength insulating laminate G10 or G11. A spring-energized Teflon seal seated in the stainless steel core provides high-confidence sealing and eliminates costly leaks. Seals and insulates raised face, full face and RTJ flanges up to ANSI 2500# and API 15,000 PSI.

Neoprene-Faced Phenolic Gaskets are standard flat isolating gaskets for oil and gas service. Soft neoprene rubber is factory-applied to both sides of a laminated phenolic retainer, giving an effective sealing surface. Max working temperature approximately +80 °C. Available in Type E full-face and Type F ring gasket. Dielectric strength 500 V/mil, compressive strength 25,000 psi.
