Type E Flange Insulation Gasket Kit is a full-face isolation gasket with the same outside diameter as the flange and precision-cut bolt holes. Available in plain phenolic, nitrile faced phenolic, G10, G11 and G7. Standard 3.2 mm thickness. Made to ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47.

Type F Nitrile Faced Phenolic Flange Insulation Gasket Kit (Style NFIK 605) is a raised-face flange insulation gasket built with a high-strength reinforced phenolic core compressed between two conformable nitrile (NBR) facing layers. The Type F design centers the gasket between the bolts, making it suitable for raised-face RF flanges up to ANSI Class 600. The kit is excellent for isolating flanges made of dissimilar metals and for preventing flange-face corrosion. The complete kit includes phenolic washers, steel washers and Mylar sleeves. Kaxite also supplies the related Type E and Type D flange insulation gasket kits for other flange configurations.

G10 with SS 316L Core VCS Flange Insulation Gasket Kit (Style FIK 600-VCS) is a "Very Critical Service" insulating gasket designed for electrical flange isolation and general sealing duty. The kit combines a G-10 or G-11 glass-reinforced epoxy body with an SS 316/316L metal core, making it suitable for raised-face, flat-face and RTJ flanges across all pressure classes, including API 15,000 psi. Beyond superior sealing and dielectric performance, the FIK 600-VCS isolates flanges made from dissimilar metals (mitigating galvanic corrosion) and reduces localized flange-face corrosion. Originally developed as a replacement for phenolic ring gaskets failing in RTJ flanges, the VCS was field-tested and approved by a major oil and gas company in 1981 and has since been installed in thousands of services worldwide.

Type D phenolic flange insulation gasket kit (Style FIK 600-D) is an insulating ring joint gasket machined to physically fit the specific ring groove of RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flanges. The central gasket is made from medium-weave fabric-strengthened phenolic or NEMA G-10 / G-11 glass-reinforced epoxy, dimensioned to ASME B16.20. Standard configurations are octagonal; oval RTJ profiles are available on special request. A made-to-order BX-type geometry with pressure ratings up to 15,000 PSI is also available. Kaxite supplies three material grades — plain phenolic (105 °C), NEMA G-10 (150 °C, standard) and NEMA G-11 (202 °C) — for electrical isolation of RTJ flanges in oil and gas, petrochemical and water transmission pipelines.
