How do I select the right gasket kit for my application?

For general oil and gas service, choose the Neoprene Faced Phenolic Gasket. For high-pressure up to ANSI 2500#, choose the SS Core Kit (KXT-150). Our engineers can recommend the optimal kit based on your industry, operating conditions, and flange specifications.

What materials are your gaskets made from?

We offer a range of materials tailored to resist different chemicals, temperatures, and pressures — including G10/G11 glass-reinforced epoxy laminate, laminated phenolic, neoprene-faced phenolic, PTFE, graphite, ceramics and specialty alloys.

What is the difference between Type D, Type E and Type F kits?

Type D is the ring-joint style for raised-face flanges. Type E is the full-face version covering the entire flange including bolt holes. Type F is the ring gasket version for ring-type joints.

Do you provide Mill Test Certificate and documentation?

Yes. Every shipment includes Mill Test Certificate, dimensional inspection record and material composition report. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV) is available on request.

What is your MOQ, lead time and payment terms?

MOQ is 10 sets for standard sizes. Lead time is 7-15 days after order confirmation. Payment terms are T/T or L/C. Free samples are available — you only cover the courier cost.

KXT-120 flange insulation gasket kit uses G10 or G11 epoxy glass as the retainer and two seal elements overlapping and offsetting into two unique seal grooves. The seals seal without outside pressure, eliminating potential leak paths in the laminate. Sealing elements: Viton, EPDM, neoprene or spring-energized Teflon.
